1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern use of Video Localization Workbench (the “Application”). By using the Application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
2. Service description
The Application is an independently developed Windows desktop workflow for authorized source ingestion, video localization, quality checks, exception review, local inventory, account assignment, scheduling, and publishing preparation. Official TikTok remote functions are subject to developer configuration, platform permissions, and account authorization. A local workflow state does not itself show that a video has been uploaded or published.
3. Authorized use and account access
You may use the Application only for content and accounts you have the right to manage. You are responsible for securing your workstation and any browser profiles you use. If official TikTok account access becomes available, you must authorize it through TikTok's supported process. The manual browser-assisted route leaves sign-in and any platform security checks to the user.
4. Publishing decisions
Connecting or confirming an account does not approve every future post. Before a supported remote action, the operator should review the selected target account, candidate video, caption, and available publishing settings. The current manual publishing route leaves the final TikTok publish action to the user. No result is guaranteed merely because a video has a local schedule or has passed a machine check.
5. Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of the content and settings you approve. You must hold any necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents for source video, images, speech, translations, music, trademarks, and other material you process or post. You must comply with TikTok's terms and policies and applicable law.
6. Prohibited misuse
You must not use the Application to manage an account without authorization, infringe another person's rights, distribute unlawful or deceptive content, evade platform review or security measures, misuse platform interfaces, or interfere with connected services.
7. Third-party services and availability
TikTok is a separate service governed by its own terms. The Application is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok. Platform access, review, supported features, and publishing results may change. The Application is provided on an “as available” basis; uninterrupted operation, platform approval, publication success, reach, and performance are not guaranteed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Application operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of content, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or account access arising from use of or inability to use the Application or a third-party platform. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension, termination, and changes
Use may be suspended or ended to address misuse, security, legal or platform requirements, or discontinuation of the Application. You may stop using the Application and revoke any granted platform authorization. These terms may be revised as the Application or requirements change; the effective date will be updated when a revision is published.
