Video Localization Workbench is a Windows desktop application for video localization, quality review, content inventory, multi-account scheduling, and creator-controlled TikTok publishing workflows.
Independent software. Local readiness does not mean a video has been uploaded or published.

One connected workflow
The desktop workbench links source evidence, localized versions, review outcomes, target accounts, and future posting times without treating preparation as publication.
Bring in authorized source content, transcribe speech, translate it, generate localized audio, and render timed subtitles.
Explore localizationMachine checks verify candidate files and their bindings. Unresolved content goes to a human exception queue instead of being silently approved.
Explore reviewEligible videos enter a unique local inventory and can be assigned to a target account and a future local time slot.
Explore planningHow it works
Automatic local adoption and remote publishing are separate decisions. A passing machine gate may move a candidate into local inventory; it does not publish to TikTok.
Associate each source work with its media and origin.
Transcription, translation, speech, subtitles, and candidate checks.
Ambiguous evidence stays in review until it can be reliably resolved.
Plan eligible videos against the intended account and available slots.
Inspect the selected video and account before any supported remote step.
Creator control
The workbench distinguishes local preparation, a scheduled task, an upload, and a confirmed published result. Those states are not interchangeable.
The operator sees the target account, candidate video, caption, and publishing settings before a supported posting action. The current manual workflow leaves the final TikTok publish action to the user.
Local assignments and schedules are bound to the intended target account, helping prevent a video from being prepared under the wrong identity.
Official remote posting depends on developer configuration, required permissions, and account authorization. It is not presented here as a live public Direct Post service.
